AOF Saturday Lunch: Claire McCardell, Designing for America and Movie Break “Call Me Madam”

Saturday lunch featured the quirky, charming, trendsetting American designer Claire McCardell. Many of today's designers owe their success to her influence on fashion. Everyone, including Gene and friends, were encouraged to dress in red, white and blue.

The doll's celebration was held in Sue Connor's fantastic creation, THE AMBASSADOR'S BALLROOM

The centerpiece was a Claire McCardell design, JACKIE'S ROSE GARDEN
