After a day on their own to explore Indianapolis a bit further, convention-goers were treated to an evening focused on Indiana's own fashion icons-
Norman Norell and Bill Blass. Sandra shared interesting tidbits on both designers as well as lots of pictures of amazing fashions and insights about the "Battle of Versailles" where American and French fashion designers staged a "friendly" competition where surprisingly, the Americans outshone the French. Several of the fashions featured below follow Bill Blass's motto—"When in doubt, wear red"
The centerpiece for the evening was a longer version of DECOLISH from AOF in a different color way.
